Do you love it when there’s a place for everything and everything’s in its place? Are you obsessed with gorgeous pics of pretty things on Instagram? Are you thrilled by the idea of crafting the night away with some gal pals and a good bottle of wine? If your answer is yes to all of the above, we’d LOVE to meet you!

As a GATHER intern, you’ll be exposed to the wonderful whirlwind that is event planning. From crafting/producing event decor to office organization, you’ll be involved in all of the behind the scenes details that go into running a business and bringing an event to life! We are looking for eager, motivated individuals who are interested in growing with and becoming a permanent part of the GATHER team! During the intern phase we are looking for a 5-10hr/week commitment (Thurs/Fri) + event days (usually Saturdays). You’ll need a reliable source of transportation and to be able to meet in the West LA area for office hours. Specific tasks may include:
– event design brainstorming
– design inspiration research
– assist in material/product sourcing
– event decor crafting (including take-home projects)
– client/vendor database upkeep
– office/supply organization
– vendor research
– internal mailings
– inventory cataloguing/processing
– event day setup/strike
– assist in event execution
– and yes…….. coffee runs….. trust us you’ll need it too 🙂
