The grand estate of Castello Marchione is set apart from the busy coastal towns by miles of winding olive tree lined roads. The 14th century castle with its timeworn towers, intimate chapel, vaulted ceilings and Roman arches sets a romantically traditional backdrop for weddings large and small. Finding inspiration for the design was effortless. We were influenced by the bucolic, late summer landscape of the Puglian countryside with its naturally dried wildflowers and sun drenched stone.

Men in uniform, maritime vibes, a rocking dance floor and romantic details: we’re all about this seaside soiree. It was two years ago this week that Michelle and Lucas tied the knot in beautiful Skagit Valley. With family ties to the area and stunning views of the San Juan Islands, these two chose the charming historical Sacred Heart Catholic Church in La Conner for the ceremony followed by the Port of Anacortes’ spacious Transit Shed for their reception. It was the perfect setting to welcome local guests as well as the far flung military crowd that made up a portion of the guest list.
