Whimsical Warehouse Elopement on Green Wedding Shoes

The anticipation has been killing us! We’ve been sitting on our hands waiting to share our whimsical warehouse elopement shoot with you all. Well, now we can shout it from the rooftops that it is featured today on Green Wedding Shoes! You’ll see lots of shots and the full story behind the shoot there. Here are some additional shots and shout-outs for the most AMAZING team we got to work with on this fabulous shoot.

Leah Lee‘s stunning photographs so perfectly captured the mood we had envisioned: romance in a raw space. The Jesse St. venue inspired much of the design and was the perfect backdrop for the shoot, with its incredible textures, colors and light.

We could go on and on about her all day long! We said, “we want a gramophone with flowers,” only half serious (where does anyone find a gramophone these days?). BOOM, done! One gramophone with flowers, coming right up! Krista and the Archive Vintage Rentals team never cease to amaze us with the incredible pieces they find from who-knows-where.[[{“type”:”media”,”view_mode”:”media_large”,”fid”:”380″,”attributes”:{“class”:”media-image aligncenter size-large wp-image-669″,”typeof”:”foaf:Image”,”style”:””,”width”:”656″,”height”:”524″,”title”:”florals”,”alt”:””}}]]

We were so lucky to have Heirloom LA and Sweet & Saucy Shop contribute their fabulous dinner and dessert! We envisioned the couple in this abandoned warehouse feasting on the most delicious gourmet takeout food. Heirloom went all out with a feast for two. To carry the design vision through to the food, we gave them takeout boxes and stamped tissue paper which they used to expertly arrange their menu for the couple. Melody and the S&SS team created the most gorgeous 3-tiered cake, incorporating the doily design in both the textural bottom tier and as a design detail at the top. Just spectacular! See Heirloom’s recap here and Sweet & Saucy’s here.

We just fell in love with it! The intricate detail work is absolutely incredible! The bride’s gorgeous jewelry is from Ariel Gordon and the beautiful hair piece is Lo Boheme. We used Pocket Square Clothing‘s canvas bow tie for the perfect groom’s look. They offer so many other fun styles, too!

We’re running out of adjectives, but you get the point. This team ROCKED!
