BOSS LADY | PRINCIPAL PLANNER
Alissa is the heart of GATHER Seattle, her boundless skills and generous spirit champion the needs of our clients and the team. Alissa received her education in public relations, and worked coporate events for Marriott Hotels before finding her calling to the magical world of weddings. Her enthusiasm for event production never seems to wane, whether designing a space from scratch or rallying a crew of vendors. She finds it to be a wonderfully rewarding outlet for her highly creative nature and her desire to help and serve others. When not working with vendors or clients, Alissa is often designing or producing stationery and custom event signage in her home studio. She resides in Bellingham, WA with her handy hubby, three little girls and an excitable yellow lab. On days off, she can be found sharing her love of crafting with her girls, helping her husband with his next batch of homebrew, adding to her hoard of notebooks or pens, or on a family date to the farmers market and coffee shop (soy chai please!).
BOSS LADY | PRINCIPAL EUROPEAN PLANNER
Ally was a fan long before she joined the ranks as a planner. After following GATHER Events for a few years on Instagram, she saw a model request post for a styled shoot in Seattle, and jumped at the chance to create with the team. Needless to say, it was the start of a deeper relationship with GATHER Seattle. Ally’s background in fundraising and event planning garnered her logistic skills, but her burning passion is in creative design. Ally creates different styles of calligraphy that she loves to offer to clients for one-of-a-kind signage for their special day. On days off, she can be found running and exploring different trails in the PNW, baking and cooking all thing vegan, spending time with her unusually large and close-knit family or jumping in the car for the next traveling adventure.
Madison has loved all things creative ever since she was a little girl. Choosing to pursue a career in the arts a professional ballet dancer, her strengths lie in meticulous attention to detail, thinking outside the box, and making the difficult look effortless. After a career-ending injury, Madison transferred those skills to the world of weddings, inspired from planning a number of events for the arts community and then her own wedding soon after. Madison views wedding planning as an art form and loves that her unique background allows her to continue to work with so many creative souls and finds so much joy in sharing that art with others. When she’s not working, Madison loves to spend time at the park with her half-corgi Murphy, watching movies with her husband, practicing pilates and photography or finding the best donut in the city.
