Epicurean Woodland Wedding

This wedding was a midsummer's dream with wildflowers, donkeys, goats, big trees and twinkly lights in a magical setting in the woods of the Pacific Northwest. Our sweet couple Claire and Oliver, though residing in Boston, wanted to get married close to Claire's home city, Seattle. C+O fell in love with Bella Luna Farm's exquisite grounds, buildings and in-house farm products, and decided it was the optimal venue to bring these East and West coast families together for a wedding feast in the woods. After the pond side ceremony in front of the main house, guests explored the grounds during cocktail hour and visited food and drink stations scattered throughout including an oyster shucking A-frame, an outdoor wood fire pizza oven, and charcuterie in the grape house. A family style reception followed on the lawn under the canvas sail tent along with live folk music, courtesy of C+O's friends who flew in from Maine to perform. Guests danced under the tent and gathered among the twinkling lights and giant trees until late in the evening.
