Romantic Dockside NW Wedding

Weddings by the water always hold a certain allure. Well, for this #weddingwednesday we have a lovely wedding that was held on a dock overlooking the Straight of Georgia and our nice neighbors to the north, Canada. Our couple Kendall and Nick made their nuptials a weekend affair with friends and family by staying and celebrating at Semiahmoo Resort. A dinner and a beach bonfire kicked off the weekend on a high note. The next day, the late afternoon ceremony and cocktail hour was held on the dock followed by the tented reception on the lawn. McKenzie Powell's free form floral arrangements made for a stunning focal point in the white tent, accented by dyed blue silk ribbons and natural linens from La Tavola. The party lasted well into the evening, closing with the bang of fireworks across the bay and a sparkler exit as K+N boarded the resort's tug boat and cruised into the night. How romantic right?!
